A greetings card to remind a mother how wonderful and powerful they are, even when they don't feel like it.
1 in 5 women experience some kind of mental health issue postnatally. With our culture of sharing all our highlights online it is easy to be tricked in to believing that everyone has the most amazing experience and fall deeply and blissfully in love the second they see their baby. They live happily ever after, breastfeeding easily then cooking homemade organic food, crafting the evenings away and rolling up to the school runs looking like the perfect parent. In fact these people could be covering the worst moments of their life. Parenting is HARD, carrying and birthing a child is so hard on your body and hormones. It's cheesy but it really is okay not to be okay.
**THE NITTY GRITTY**
- 148 x 148mm square card, blank inside
- Recycled brown paper envelope included
- This greeting card has brilliant eco credentials (see full details below) and is 100% plastic free for the sea. Cards are either secured with a easy peel sticker (this should leave no residue but if you find any just lightly rub with a clean finger to easily remove) OR a cello sleeve made from plants not plastic
- Full Colour, premium quality art print using giclee printing principles (high quality paper stock and ink at over 300 DPI)
- Designed and Packed ethically in sunny Newquay
- Printed on 300gsm premium card made from 100% genuine de-inked post consumer waste and is FSC certified. The finish is smooth to look at with a slight texture to the touch. White but more on the natural side with a very slight, darker fleck. NOTE THIS PAPER IS RECYCLED SO THERE ARE LITTLE COLOURED FLECKS WITHIN THE PAPER STOCK.
